Fragrance samples are included with every order for testing.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout based on the destination country and the respective order.

DELIVERY TIME
Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of the order. Actual delivery times depend on the destination country and the respective logistics partner.

DELIVERY AREAS
Delivery is available to those countries that can be selected in the online shop or at checkout at the time the order is placed.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import charges and taxes may apply. These are to be borne by the customer unless they are separately displayed and charged during checkout.

RETURNS
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal in distance selling contracts. Details are set out in our Withdrawal Policy.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you, unless otherwise provided in the Withdrawal Policy.

A right of withdrawal shall not exist, or shall expire early, in the case of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, provided that their seal has been removed after delivery.

This applies in particular to sealed perfume and cosmetic products with a security seal.
