WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods,

or, if you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods delivered.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

by means of a clear statement, for example by email or by post, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form set out below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of the least expensive standard delivery offered, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which your notification of withdrawal from this contract was received by us.

Additional costs arising from the fact that you expressly chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us shall not be reimbursed.

For this reimbursement, we shall use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

A right of withdrawal shall not exist, or shall expire early, in the case of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.

This applies in particular to sealed perfume and cosmetic products with a security seal. In the case of our correspondingly sealed products, opening is clearly identifiable by the attached security seals.
