CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES

RETURNS

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated in the Withdrawal Policy.

Our perfume products are delivered sealed. Please use the fragrance samples included with every order to try the fragrance first. For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal may expire early once the seal has been removed, provided that the statutory requirements are met.

If you may wish to return a perfume, please therefore keep the seal intact.
