INSTRUCTIONS ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day
on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods,
or, if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquire physical possession of the last goods delivered.

by means of an unequivocal statement, for example by email or post, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the model withdrawal form set out below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the “Withdraw from contract” function provided on our website. If you use this online function, we will provide you without undue delay, on a durable medium, in particular by email, with an acknowledgement of receipt containing information on the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract.
Additional costs resulting from your express choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, or expires early, in the case of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Our perfume products are supplied with a seal. Fragrance samples are included with every order so that you can test the fragrance. We therefore recommend that you remove the seal from the ordered perfume product only once you have decided to keep the product.
If the seal is removed, the right of withdrawal may expire early where the statutory requirements are met.
