Shipping costs are shown in the cart after selecting the destination country and are displayed again at checkout before the order is completed.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of the order.

Actual delivery times depend on the destination country and the respective logistics partner.

Delivery is available to those countries that can be selected in the online shop or at checkout at the time the order is placed.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import charges and taxes may apply. These are to be borne by the customer unless they are separately displayed and charged during checkout.

RETURNS
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal in distance selling contracts. Details are set out in our Withdrawal Policy.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you, unless otherwise provided in the Withdrawal Policy.

Our perfume products are delivered sealed. Please use the fragrance samples included with every order to test the fragrance. For sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal may expire early after the seal has been removed, provided that the statutory requirements are met.

For a return, we therefore ask you to leave the seal of the perfume product intact.
